This is an absolutely gorgeous xxxx Mustang Coupe. Lifelong Arizona car, DSO 75 Phoenix Sales District. Almost all original body panels and floors (aftermarket fiberglass hood). High quality Pepper Gray Metallic multi stage paint. All bodywork and paint was done by the previous owner who is a professional body and paint specialist for a Ford dealership in the Phoenix area. The car is super straight and the paint work result is excellent.
Rebuilt 289 V8, featuring an Edelbrock aluminum intake, Holley Street Avenger 4v carburetor, Comp Cams Mutha' Thumpr camshaft, ceramic coated headers and an performance electric fuel pump. Black crinkle engine dress up kit looks great under the hood. Body color matched engine compartment for a clean look.
New suspension with stiffer springs front and rear, lowered stance and rack and pinion steering. Power front disc brakes with slotted and drilled rotors for excellent stopping power. Polished brake booster and brake master cylinder. New 2 1/2" dual exhaust system with chrome exhaust tips exiting a GT style rear valance. Newer 17" Eleanor style wheels with Nitto performance radial tires.
New interior top to bottom, new seat buns and upholstery, new gauge cluster and retro AM/FM stereo with speakers added, but not yet wired.
With the rack and pinion steering and upgraded power disc brakes, this car drives much like a newer performance car.
